Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ELE. We are always keen to provide the best shopping experience, as each product is carefully inspected and its quality is ensured before shipping to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.

Return and Exchange

We offer a preview service before receipt, so please open the shipment in the presence of the delegate and inspect the item well from the outside and inside before receipt.

• In case of refusing to receive the order after previewing, a shipping fee ranging from 60 to 90 EGP will be charged.
• After the delegate leaves, exchange or return is not available except in the case of a clear defect in the product upon receipt.
• Exchange or return is not available for any other reasons after the delegate leaves.

Order Cancellation

In some cases, such as out of stock or a quality issue, the order may be canceled, and you will be notified in advance.

In case of online payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

The customer bears the shipping cost in all cases of return or refusal of receipt. Even if there is free shipping on the order, the shipping cost will be calculated upon return.

Order Inspection and Problems

Please inspect the order immediately upon receipt and contact us directly in case of a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or receipt of an incorrect product, so that we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Products

Products cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt and approval during inspection, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect in the product.

Refunds

In case of approval of a refund request due to a product defect, the case will be reviewed and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period according to the payment company or bank.
